Perfectly gasket

Undercut milling respectively back milling (through center milling cutter) of gasket ensure first class results as standard.

Highly efficient

The protective foil should remain on the profile; efficiency is considerably increased and protection of the frames and sashes during transport is ensured.

Highly flexible

The large milling cutter for profile surfaces (with long-life reversible milling inserts) is the guarantee for a high output. Even the most complicated profile contours can be reached by the integrable pin cutting miller.

Clean corners

Pre-milling of profiles in one clamping process before welding ensures high quality results of different materials.

No limits

The CUT function can be easily combined with Kämpfer and HFL welds (table-side); the high-speed welding as conventional process completes the product range.
