What else you should know

Perfect welding results

Adjustable restriction knives ensure ideal results for welding white and coloured profiles. The adjustable stop rails (adjustment range from 30° to 180°) allow butt-angle welding (depending on profile width).

Excellent Flexibility

The optionally available gasket moulder respectively downholder ensures optimal machining of profiles with gasket. On the picture you can see a gasket stamp adapted to the profile.

Minimum production Stop

The teflon quick change system allows you to replace the hot teflon during a minimum production stop without being in need of demounting the heating elements.
